What is a Thesis?

Educating the reader on your selected topic so that they're more informed on the subject.

Expository
A type of thesis that doesn't really need an original argument of the selected topic, just a balanced viewpoint of the selected topic. Though these types of thesis do tend to test your own knowledge on your selected topic, along with you ability to put together and organise information for the subject.
Example given by the tutor:

Narrative
This type of thesis is more of a storytelling based thesis. This type can be used to talk about either your personal experiences, for this project something media related, or use your imagination to explore subjects that you may have not personally experience yourself. These kinds of thesis can be a lot more personal and creative compared to the first two thesis methods.
Example given by the tutor:

Descriptive
This type is combination of both Expository and Narrative Thesis types. You'll be able to use creative language but the majority of the essay will be more structured compared to a purely narrative based thesis.

Potential Ideas List
My Torturous Experience with Sonic 06 - Narrative. - My Experience with Sonic the hedgehog (2006) could be best described as a one way ticket into a torturous, buggy hell.
The Usefulness of Game Emulation - Descriptive or Narrative - Dolphin + RPCS3.
My Personal Experience with Gacha Games, and their addictiveness - Narrative - Mobile Games. - Gacha Games are free to play mobile games with the soul purpose for most of them to make as much money as they can through micro-transactions, and how do they get people to pay for a free game you say. well it's very simple. Most of these games have similar styles of play to them, yet done in a way where you'll keep playing them to unlock more items. But the number one way they do this is with hard to get, Limited time playable characters that either require you to grind out the game or use real money to acquire whilst having an extremely low percentage rate to obtain, usually leaving the player to invest either hundreds or in some cases thousands just to get an animated jpeg of their favourite character. And yes, I have had a few experiences where this has happened to me. But at the same time there are some Gacha Games are worthwhile to play.
The Fall of American Comics and The Rise of Manga Sales - Argumentative - ICv2. - In the recent months, graphic novel sales have been seeing more and more manga make it into the spotlight, whereas American Comics, mainly from Marvel and DC Comics, are slowly fading into obscurity. With many of the of their comics being re-prints or being highly criticised online for their lack of an interesting story and unnecessary changes. With additional evidence of Comic writers doubling down and attacking fans on social media, more specifically on Twitter.
